The day began with me getting on the metrobus with goal of, riding bus all day and just getting myself completely lost. It was fun just looking at the city and how it changes as u get closer to suburb.
When I got to furthest north it was north of tlalnepentla. To be exact it was close to panteon jardines del rucerdo. I try to find wifi but everybody said there is no wifi anywhere nearby, cerca.
I could have just turned around and go east but when I saw hills and small mountains and bunch of houses in the hill side I really wanted to go there. I guess it's not in my nature to Just sit around and ignore my curiosity.
I was spontaneous. Because I just jumped on town bus without knowing or asking where it was going. Once the bus reached its final destination I was forced to get off the bus. It was too bad I was enjoying suburb view. People actually stared at me less surprisingly. The bus driver asked me what I'm looking for "buscando" I said "nada" and I made hand gestures for walking seeing and taking foto.
I wanted to minimize my walk to nurture my ankle and knees but couldn't help to see more things as bus driver pointed me to cool pyramid.
Although I did not see pyramid. I found tiny Internet place and the lady kindly gave me wifi password. There I checked my email and confirmed my next couch, Carlos Gama. It's about time that I stay with dudes and do some dude things.
I got tired of walking. So I jumped on another town bus, and it looked like it was heading toward metro, then I saw a giant Jesus and I immediately stopped the bus.
It was way up high, so many stairs, i was hot sweaty, knees and ankle was in pain. I had to per so bad that when I got to the top, I pissed right in front of Jesus right foot. I stretched rested stretch some more came down. Now I had no map working on my phone and completely lost. I ended up walking shoulder of highway and I was feeling danger. When I got out there, I was seriously in heart of small neighborhood because I did not see many ppl just parked cars and houses. I was thinking oh shit this is not good but soon I saw women and children so I relaxed and asked my way to find a bus.
When I was on the bus, I asked lady how to get to metro with my translator app.
I got back to Liz house it was around 7pm. She left me a note about weekly CS Meet up. I decided that it is important for me to get there and I ended up being a best decision that I have made since arriving in Mexico because I met many cool people including Issela and Tanya.
After midnight, about six of us decided to go out and dance. It was local Mexican pub and they played all kinds of music. Top 40 to gun s roses and many Mexican songs. When electro beat came I danced, I quickly got attention and ended up cornered to the wall by new group who wanted to get to know me including Alvarez, one with a Korean gf. He spoke Korean very well and very drunk. I quickly became intoxicated and only thing I bought was a bottle of water.
I was there till 6am. And I was exhausted. By then it was just Julio Tanya me and Eduardo.
Eduardo is a taxi driver and he dropped Julio off and we all went to tanya s uncles. When I saw a bed I knocked out
