Immediate reaction was this intense overwhelming sensation, whole body feeling hot, patterns of moving visuals, hearing sensitivity lessens, notice of breathing, lines intersecting, colors filled inside of them when eyes are closed. Warm throat. Feeling relaxed and weak, as if it’s difficulty lift the airm, yet maintaining my state of self, aware of consciousness. Able to break suddenly by moving, feel like can’t move, but move with will then breaks. Lasts about 15 min to 20. Felt like 5 min. Multiple hits, just intensifies. Going up and down the bell curve is very steep on both ends.
